DJI Matrice 3TD

The DJI Matrice 3TD, designed for use with the DJI Dock 2, is a high-performance aircraft ideal for security and inspection operations. It features wide-angle, tele, and thermal cameras for capturing both visible light and thermal images. With an IP54 rating, a maximum flight time of 50 minutes, six-directional obstacle sensing, and a 10 km operating radius, it offers superior performance. The integrated RTK module ensures precise positioning, and it supports up to 400 battery cycles. The DJI Dock 2 enables quick takeoff, charging, and cloud-based operations, enhancing control and efficiency. The system supports third-party payloads, edge computing, private deployment, and integrates advanced mapping capabilities via DJI TerraAPI for automated 2D/3D reconstruction and customized workflows. The aircraft cannot operate without the DJI Dock 2.

Cloud-Based Operations

It leverages Cloud Mapping to generate high-precision 3D models that can be annotated, measured, and downloaded for comprehensive analysis. The Flight Route Editor allows operators to visually plan flight paths using detailed 3D models, enhancing precision and efficiency in mission planning. AI Spot-Check automates camera angle adjustments, ensuring consistent area capture across multiple flights, while FlyTo Tasks optimize flight routes for urgent operations based on precise 3D models. With Live Flight Controls, operators can remotely manage flight and gimbal angles via DJI FlightHub 2 or third-party cloud platforms, supported by Omnidirectional Obstacle Sensing and automatic bypass features for enhanced safety and operational flexibility.

Expandability and Integration

In terms of expandability, the Matrice 3TD supports Third-Party Payloads such as loudspeakers, spotlights, and parachutes through the E-Port and E-Port Lite interfaces. Its Edge Computing capability includes an expansion interface for efficient media file pre-processing. Moreover, it offers Cloud API integration for custom management systems or connection to third-party cloud platforms, facilitating flexible deployment options. Cloud Coordination via DJI FlightHub 2's FlightHub Sync function enables seamless management of operational data across different cloud environments.
