At Shop4Drone.com, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully:

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted for unopened items within 30 days of purchase. For products determined to be faulty at the time of manufacture (as determined by DJI), returns must be initiated within 15 days. For Autel Robotics Enterprise Drones, only exchanges are provided on faulty items, managed directly through the manufacturer.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number is essential for processing your return.

Shipping Instructions
Returned merchandise can be exchanged for identical replacements or a refund of the purchase price. Products sent to our office without an RMA number will be returned to the shipper with shipping charges to be collected.

Non-Returnable Items
Merchandise cannot be returned if it has been damaged as a result of improper use or accident. Additionally, products damaged in shipment due to improper packaging will have their warranty voided and will be returned non-repaired.

Packaging Requirements
- Use an ESD (Electro Static Discharge) Bag for electronics.
- Wrap with 2 inches of bubble wrap or non-movable foam cushioning.
- Use a sturdy cardboard box (no chipboard or envelopes, as they void the warranty).
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package on three sides in bold print.
- If shipping multiple items, pack each item separately and securely to prevent movement and damage.

Shipping Address
Send your product to the address provided on our Contact Us page. Retain a record of your RMA number and all tracking/shipping numbers.

Carrier Requirements
Use a traceable carrier for transport. The cost of sending an item for warranty service is paid by the customer. Shop4Drone.com covers the cost of return shipment. If the products are out of warranty upon arrival, they will be returned to you at your cost.

RMA Visibility
Your RMA number must be visible on 3 sides of the box. Packages without an RMA number will be returned non-repaired.
Please note, for Enterprise Drones, returns and exchanges are subject to DJI's warranty policy and must be processed directly through them.
